Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

  • Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted for items with quality issues, including:

    • Flawed, defective, or severely deformed products

    • Incorrect or incomplete printed patterns

    • Wrong product or size sent

    • Delivery to an address different from the one provided

    • Lost packages during transit

    • Logistics delays exceeding 30 days

    • Under-delivered items

    • Other issues as documented

  • Documentation Required: To initiate a return, please provide:

    • Order screenshot from your account

    • Photos of the product issue

    • Clear images of the package label

    • Detailed problem description

Note: If delivery issues are caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., epidemics, wars, or natural disasters), Orviyanne reserves the right to adjust the refund according to the actual situation.

  • Refund Amount: Refunds are based on the actual amount paid. Discounts, coupons, or promotional credits are not refundable.

  • Item Condition: Products must be in their original condition, including all jewelry and accessories. Damaged or incomplete items may not be eligible for a return.


Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Submit your return request via email at care@orviyanne.com within 15 days, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Send the Item: Safely package the item and include your order details when returning it to the designated address.

  4. Return Review: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or exchange according to your choice.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Voluntary Return: If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or wrong choice), you are responsible for return shipping.

  • Quality Return: If returning due to defects or incorrect items, Orviyanne covers the return shipping cost.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Timing: After approval, refunds are processed within 1 business day. The exact arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform.

  • Partial Refunds: Items that do not meet return conditions (e.g., partially damaged or used) may receive a partial refund at our discretion.


Exchange Policy

To exchange an item (e.g., size or color change), please follow the return process. Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days, and the item must meet the return conditions above.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item is damaged or has quality issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. We will promptly process your request and offer a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
